roasts, 20 lbs smoked bacon, 6 lbs spare ribs, 20 pounds ground pork/sausage.
____$1000 Whole Beef:
____$600 Half Beef about 200 lbs—custom cut to your specs(your own steak-
roast-hamburg ratio).
____$400 Half Hawg: 23 pork chops,2 shoulder roasts, 2 smoked ham roasts, 8
lbs of smoked bacon , 3 lbs of spare ribs, 9 lbs of ground pork/sausage
____$400 Quarter Beef 100 lbs—custom cut to your specs (your own steak-
roast-hamburg ratio).
____$100 Turkey 20 lbs.
____Chickens $3.75/lb

Actual pound weight of each animal or cut may vary. Jim and Emily are
committed to providing a sufficient quantity and quality of food to meet the needs

and expectations of CSA members.
Payement: 50% due May 1, 50% due December 1.
